I can't believe I got banned for no apparent reason on bricklink over a year ago already. Might have to try getting back on.

Quickblade: I say go for the Elven look... That's what my brother and I used the Forestmen for when we were kids... Heck, that's what I'm using them for now (need to see about getting around to updating the Forestman's River Fortress so they have a place to stay)....

Also my wife and I went to do some shopping as well as see Frankenweenie... We got a washing machine, dryer, refrigerator and queen-sized box springs at this one mennonite-owned appliance store for about $2000 for the whole lot, and the washer, dryer and refrigerator are all major brands (Speed Queen and Frigidaire). Then we went to get our Quibbler poster we got at the Wizarding World of Harry Potter framed at Michaels (we had a 75% off coupon), after which we took the $10 off coupon we had to Toys R Us with the intention of buying the Monster Fighters Ghost Train. When we got to the store, I actually found some Earth Defense HQ sets, so I got one of those instead, then we saw the movie....

So yeah, we had a pretty good evening. :D

EDIT: Has anyone else here noticed that Eurobricks seems to be down? I keep getting 404 errors when I try to go there...

@QBlade: you could make it mainly Elven, but have a few 'accepted' Foresters as well ... spice it up a bit.

Success!!! I completed putting all of my LoTR sets together today! They look so awesome. I'm hoping to get some pics taken and to set up a few reviews for the curious. I am really happy with these sets and some of the 'originality' the designers have used.

Woohooo, break! Yeah, I've been pretty busy with high school, sorry. I should be able to do last month's Galaxies challenge as a free build soon.

In other news, it is now the season of everything pumpkin flavored! I love pumpkin, and nutmeg, nutmeg is good.

@Hikaro: Sounds like a nice evening.

@QB: I'd say go for a mix, perhaps an outpost of elven rangers and verderers.

So I got the Forza Horizon demo this morning (First thing, actually) and I have to say I'm pretty excited about it.

Posted my Autumn colored Camo Outpost in the Mason's Den. I went with elves. I wanted to go into more detail with more photos, but a huge headache and less than perfect lighting limited me to only 2 shots.

I forgot to mention, but my mom came back from my grandmother's funeral yesterday with some of her personal effects. Included, were my great-grandfather's WWI victory medal and my great-uncle's WWII Bombardier wings and the flag from his funeral (he died about two years ago).

My mom found a letter from my great-grandfather mentioning that he was in the Rainbow Division during WWI, which fought in the Meuse-Argonne Offensive and at the Marne. I never knew this about my Great-Grandfather or that my great-uncle was a bombardier during WWII....

I picked up the Mines of Moria set. I love it! One of my very favorite sets ever. I just love the style in general. I also loved how it came with two book pieces and the board game weapons (I never picked any up before). The Cave Troll is awesome as expected, but it has some some balancing issues on studless surfaces. Still much better than my old Castle trolls with their stupid bent arms.

@HT: Sorry to hear she passed, Hikaro. :(

Does it still have the customization the rest do?
