Pretty cool!

The only thing I'd change: Right now the zombie is sitting straight up against the wall. I think it'd look better if he were posed somehow, or laying on the ground.

Are the holes on him only in the clay? Or do they go right through to the head/torso?

Yes there are holes drilled through both the head and torso
