I think that'd be a good idea. I had a question regarding companions - do they need to be a companion in the Doctor Who sense or could they be like familiars or pets as well?

Oddly enough, I was wondering about this myself. We all have created our own race, or in some cases races, to populate our own corners, but what about the REST of the Galaxy? I think a standard set by you can't hurt as it would fulfill the need of fleshing out the Galaxy. Further, each individual could always make variations, or their own different races, as the Galaxy is bound to have many different peoples.

I'd imagine that would be fine. I suppose once you see my "companion" you'll see what I mean.

Ok, I'll flesh out a few races. I have ideas brewing for about a eight I think

One word: Sqidtron. My favorite LEGO alien race MUST appear, named Squidtron or not.

Oh yea, they are on my 'list' to populate the galaxy. With 3 different colored heads in that design, I figure it'd be a great addition. I was thinking of calling them "Squidarians".

Maybe Cephaloids?
