BF Galaxies Character: Sengbaat Kaal’lys - Alliance


Kaal in full armor and with sundray'lon (signature weapon/weapon of choice). As part of the final aspect of training, a Hunter must choose or create their own sundray'lon. Kaal's sundray'lon is based on that of the Old Man's, with some modifications. The first modification was instead of a spearhead on one end and a hand sickle on the other, Kaal's has two large wahrl'caarn (meat hooks) on the ends. The other modification is that the chain can expand or contract, ranging in length from about a foot to 10 feet long.

The build in the background is my first attempt at a space related build. It doesn't necessarily reflect typical buildings on the planet of Ixthula, so much as my idea of space in general.

The lighting on the top picture really makes him appear quite intimidating. The hood/helmet combo looks great and I like that you made a unique weapon with a story to it. Looking forward to more.

Thanks QB! Intimidating is what I was going for. I enlisted the help of my girlfriend for the lighting. With her background in theater, she has a bit of an eye for it.

As for the hood...that thing was a pain to make and get to fit on a minifig head. It's still pretty tight in there but the eye slits line up perfect with most minifig eyes so I'm not gonna mess with it.

Oh! And the inspirtation for the look of the weapon: a scene in a Deadpool comic.
