I saw this in an issue of LEGO Club magazine, and 2 weeks later, it was in a catalog.
Check it out! I see a lot of new interesting pieces for MOCs and MODs!

Yes, they came out in June. I have Battle for Helms Deep and Attack on Weathertop coming. They should arrive next week sometime. I'll be sure to do a review to give folks clearer pics as I get the series (yeah, I will want them all ... one or two sets at a time :o) ).
They do look like they have lots of potential!

Oooh summer catalog!

Saw reviews on Saber Scorpions site and saw them in person at the local Mejier. Vaguely considering Gandalf's wagon, but probably going to save the $13 and buy a different one - I want the balrog. And the video game, actually I want that the most. Love Lego video games.

I just recently (about two weeks ago) got the Uruk Hai Army, Gandalf Arrives and Shelob Attacks.... I'm definitely loving these sets. Now all I need to do is use Gandalf's beard and head to update my old General Gandalf minifig (he's the joint chief of staff for the Federal Republic of America Army)....

I agree, I'm really liking the way they done these sets. Clearly these have some spark to them!
I'll try to get a review up of the Uruk Hai Army set later this afternoon, evening.

I'm hoping to build the Battle for Helm's Deep this evening, if not tomorrow after work. I'll grab pics of it then.

Attack on Weathertop was shipped separately, so I should get it early this week ... I'm really looking forward to that set too!
