I don't know about you, but my favourite foods are my favourite because of the taste, not how well they ease hunger. A single dorito taken in bites gives as much flavour as cramming handfuls in my mouth at a time.

that said I have a killer metabolism so I just cram anyway

this is not a very helpful post is it

:(

I have one 44 oz fountain drink soda a day and the only meal I eat is dinner. Sometimes I snack lightly throughout the day. Then I do 40 sit ups, 40 candle sticks, and 20 push ups at midnight and I maintain a healthy weight. I hardly have any muscle mass though so I'm not exactly fit. I'm just the correct weight for my height.

Lol!
Generally speaking, quality is greater than quantity. Eat good foods, find a way to boost you energy use even if it's just speed walking for 45 minutes, and allow yourself a quality, small goodie once a week.

Well, I'm watching Gangs of New York right now. I was angry Liam Neeson is killed in the first scene, since he's one of my favorite actors. :(

@SV: Hahahaha, that sounds like me. You don't to leave me alone with Doritos. :|~

Here's something else I learned on the United Stats of America show.

The average American male is 191 pounds and 5-feet-10-inches tall. I'm 6 feet tall (and taller with my Vietnam boots on), and 195. And I'm muscular. I win! :D

Just went to a name site. My name backwards is Relhok Semaj. Epicness. -{:[ I'm totally using that in a story.

@ Napo - :) I've used my first name backwards for character names in the past and it's pretty cool.

One thing you might want to consider is using an anagram of your name for character names. It's the rearranging of letters in your name to make a new name or word. Seljor Hakem would be one using your first and last name. You can even use your middle name if you need some different letters. I have a friend that uses an anagram of his name for his pen name. Digz L Headcraft. Mine is pretty cool as I can either use Rich Rogue or Rich Rouge.

In the story I'm currently goofing around with one of the main characters is called Carios the Wiley. My real name is Wylie, and Carios obviously sounds like curious. He was once known as Wylie the Curious before he faked his death and assumed a new identity. First time I've ever used my own name or anything related to it in a story.
