You have some good light and dark skin tones, your faces are coming along as well.

Thanks, you two!

I owe my improvements in face drawing to my new Chris Hart book. :)

My broseph and sister-in-law. I almost never draw realistic pieces like this, so I hope you like it, since I don't practice too much at this type.

EDIT: More American King art: WWI propaganda for the Republic of Rio Grande, a country below Texas. (It actually existed once)

So...what are you trying to say with the Spanish text? Cuz something isn't reading right, but it may just be in my head.

Advance, my soldier!

Lady Rio Grande is watching over you!

I probably messed it up. :9

You're missing an accent over the "a" in your "esta". That explains my confussion. Got the gist of it but it made my brain "hiccup". The art itself looks pretty good. The Mickey stand in made me chuckle, especially the "Walther F. D'eisney" part.

Thanks a lot! Mikey was my family's favorite, too. :)

I'm working on a full-color computerized version of the Rio Grande one right this second, so I'll put in an accent mark. ;) Thanks for the advice.

This is without a doubt the most insane thing I've ever done. I did this in Paint.net, and it took about 10 HOURS. =U

And yes, I realized to late I left off the accent mark; oh, well. Comments and constructive criticism much appreciated. :D
