I'll look for one of those pens; it looks unbelievable smooth; no blots at all.

I will warn you that what you see is after I've adjusted the "levels" in Photoshop so it looks better digitally. The ink does look great on paper though.

Dr. Henry Frankenstein and the Monster:

Love this movie, everything about it is just designed so well, even if it departs from it's source material quite a bit...

Wow, HK, that's some awesome shading!

It must depart from the source material quite a bit; Dr. Frankenstein is an 18th century Bavarian man named Victor. :9

EDIT: Do you think you could do a tutorial in the future on how to make stuff "shine?" Like, polished boots, oily faces, hair, etc. I try, but I could use help.

I would but I don't really know what I do... :\ Not consciously anyway. My advice is just copy from photos and such.

Andy Serkis' Caesar from Rise of the Planet of the Apes:

"NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!"

:9

Seriously, great job. The fact that you can make a recognizable monkey says something.

Don't worry about the tutorial; I guess I'll just do what you said. :)

Some light evening sketching, this time Dan Auerbach and Patrick Carney of The Black Keys.
