As some of you may remember, not too long ago I asked about making a four-armed minifig. The result of the suggestions i recieved is this fig.

I've always loved the look of the Nataraja statues/images and decided that it would be a good excuse to try my hand at a four-armed torso. I took the suggestions I was given and applied them to the back of the torso as opposed to the more "traditional" placement under the arms because images of Shiva look more like the arms come from the shoulders, not under the arms.
The hourglass shaped thing is supposed to be a drum. It used to be two Brickforge trans-dark blue sipping glasses, until they had a run in with the Dremel and some glue.
