Which you can then use to create circuitry cover plates like nyah:


There's also a lot of really great non-traditional Lego pieces, from Scala, Belville and that new Friends series that work great for regular Legos.

Like these Scala/Belville baby bottles:


Which can be used as water bottles for regular minifigures.

And the new Friends series, which are very closely comparable size wise to regular minifigures have a TON of really awesome parts that work both ways:

New idea! I got this the other day!



It's a SINK! From uh...a Belville set I think. FYI, Belville is like...Lego Barbies. Basically Barbie dolls with Lego and Lego like parts and pieces. Lots of real uber rare, uber interesting pieces. Pieces like this one...ones that you can really work your imagination into!

So what did I get this one for? Well, I'm thinkin...a minifigure SHOWER! Obviously it's WAY too huge to be a sink for a Lego minifigure, but it's like the perfect size for a small shower and the little drain in the middle and everything is just perfect! :D

Yeah, I'm really digging that as a shower. I think I might have to pick that up on bricklink sometime. The angled studs are interesting too.

These are cool ideas, I'll have to try some!

I find that minifigure hands make great clips on assault rifles, and technic pegs are decent suppressors.

I like the minifigure hands as clips and such, that's a cool idea. That's one of the best things about Legos, coming up with new and interesting ways to use existing parts to create new effects and forms. Really stimulates the imagination and creativity! :D
