Minifigure wings

No this not a request. I already know the answer.

I was browsing another website (what?!? there's other sites besides Brickforge!?!) and came across the part shown in this post. They want $20 for just one. I've heard it discussed that this part is from sort of war game. Could anyone tell me exactly where it's from? It's driving me up the wall a bit.

Those wings are from Warhammer 40k and attached to a LEGO neck bracket it appears. JasBrick on Flickr is known to use these in his excellent creations.

Ok so it's not something you can go buy from that, its a custom part and probably worth the $20.

Well, you could buy the mini with the wings, then attach the wings to a minifig neck thing.
