Does anyone have the sets these come in? Do the parts with the horns on the minifig heads come off or are they glued on?

It's a separate piece. LEGO doesn't glue anything in standard sets; just magnet figs etc

You can find the Savage Opress ones on BL pretty cheap. I grabbed 2 for customs for .50 cents a piece
