They're definitely going for the Saturday morning cartoon audience with these. How long before these turn into Power Rangers sets? Oh well. I'll buy almost anything that involves ninjas.

Oh, btw, did anyone check out the pictures on Eurobricks? I'm definitely going to be buying the "kendo" booster packs by the case... I need moar samurai armor, and that looks like a cheap way to get it. Also, I'm really digging the "Samurai X" character (just hope that Shonen Jump doesn't sue LEGO for infringing on their character name), although I'm not really that sure about the use of a pearl-gold bucket handle as maedate (helmet decoration)...
