I don't talk about it much to other people. It's not that I'm embarrassed, it's just... I dunno, really. No one has actually poked fun of me. In fact, most have downright encouraged me. I just know what people might think. "Oh, look, there goes a nerd!" But, as the old Tony Sava saying goes: "There are a lot of worse things I could be doing with my life. At least LEGO doesn't hurt anyone."

As a mom, and a grandmother ... those type of things almost always come up ... it's just the nature of the my age. I don't mind, I've grown to be amused. I guess that's where accepting who we are and allowing others to be who and how they are becomes complete, know what I mean.

You mean "live and let live?" Yeah, that's how I usually act... or want to. It generally works.

I generally have several projects going at once, the variety keeps me from getting bored and helps me focus when I'm working on a specific thing ... so many ideas, so little time!

Personally, I try to toy around with my Lego a bit every day. I'll try to think of my own ideas, stuff I've dreamt about, the constant string of universes I create, and ideas from my social studies classes or D&D campaigns. A lot of the time though, I will build stuff from games. The key to building is finding something you think is cool, or having a neat idea and then making your own version of it, trying to pack in all the details you think it needs to look "right".

I try to build good looking Halo aliens. I'm having trouble with the Grunt. and I'm working on a Jackal even as I type.

Build some good ol' military.

I think that the same thing is happening in my life Napo- there has been a lot of change and distractions, and little time left for Lego! I just think of something new I can build everyday, and then on weekends, I build some of these things. This way, I always have Lego on my mind!

I'm working on some for that commic now.



It's not that I don't have time, per say, but just that there's so much stuff I enjoy doing. I play my PS3 waaayyyy too much...



I actually thought of Wings' Live and Let Die.



I'm gonna try doing that. I have a lot of comic ideas now.
