The sets look kinda dumb but the parts are cool.

The set looks a lot less dumb than some of the other Ninjago sets. Like the helicopter and motorcycles...things I rarely associate with ninja or the undead....

These aren't Ninja sets.

They're NINJAGO.

Hahaha nice. I like everything minus the new brick wall design... I get a MEGA blok feel from it... so hopefully that will come and go... and NEVER been seen again!

I just realized something: Am I the only one here who thinks that this upcoming version of the Black ninja (Cole?) looks almost exactly like Ryu Hayabusa from "Ninja Gaiden" and the Blue Ninja looks like a good facsimile of Shadow from Final Fantasy VI? Also, as I said before, I'm going to use the snake tails to make some Naga/Nagini and the snake heads/bodies to make some Yuan-ti (do I happen to have the 3rd Ed. D & D Oriental Adventures and Rokugan source books? Why yes, I do!)... In True D & D fashion, the Nagas will be on the side of Good, while the Yuan-ti will be working for Evil (They also could be used for Chaos Mutants as well... Although considering the background on the D&D Yuan-ti, that's pretty much the case.)

I really like some of the snake like mini figures, but the helicopters are quite strange. This is a much better direction than the previous Ninjago wave!
