Yup that is correct. A LEGO Lizardmen army, built in the style of GamesWorkshop's Lizard men!


Here is the army at the moment, I might add more to it, but I think it is a nice size for now. I need to add Brickforge vambraces, arched pauldrons, and tribal swords.

How many Minifigs did you buy to get all those?

I got them from a Bricklink seller over in Germany, I almost bought him out, I think he has 7 left.

When this series came out, I never would have thought that I would see a Lizardmen army. Now that I see one, I kind of want to make my own. These look like they will be an awesome army. Can't wait to see them when they are finished.

Pretty cool, I like how the axes have bone handles.

@Machetero: Yeah, i didn't think I would be able to do it either, but then I saw a BL seller with about 50 for under $3 each. There is another seller that has 200, I might look into adding another regiment or two. If you make one, be sure to send me a link! Maybe our armies could join forces someday, and invade the castle display at a convention.

Thanks, the regiment with the bone-axes are going to be my Temple Guards, they will have more armor than the rest.

I have several Lizardmen and hadn't decided how to use them yet.

This is cool. I'd like to see better pictures. The area in the mouth looks better with the black rather than the yellow. Seeing this many Lizardmen together looks impressive. Adding more BF increases it This makes me tempted to want to do this since the Batman Lizard man is so ridiculously over priced. I don't even on a single one yet, so I don't imagine me having a small battalion anytime soon. I originally wanted just one so I could have a mini Godzilla or use as a mascot for a new hockey team.
