I really hope I posted this in the right place. There is a reason I don't post much or make new topics...

So between helping mom with yard work and packing for my trip to Texas tomorrow, I found time to take and upload photos. This is what I have been working on for about a year off and on. It started as a single room after a trip to a LEGO Store and my discovery of the Pick-a-Brick wall two years ago and just kept expanding as I came out of my dark ages and embraced my love of LEGO and ninja. Constructive criticism is appreciated.
Here's a link as I have no idea how to imbed pics in a post.

Impressive.
edit: And you embed photos by going clicking the 'share' button that should be above the picture, it should say grab the HTML/BBC code, you want the BBC code and you can just copy and paste it here.

Wow, that is pretty slick! Your pagoda design is excellent.

I like the way you used the green brick for the grassy hill and of course the buildings look great!

Amazing, just amazing. The MOC as a whole just looks impressive.

If only it had a coy pond {:D

Thanks all for the encouragement. This was the first time a MOC of mine has been shown outside of close friends or family, and started out as my first MOC out of my dark ages. I will try and get pictured of the interior eventually. Sadly, that is a bit less traditional Japanese as I have yet to find any solid pictures or information.

@sentinal: Thanks for the pointers on imbeding images. I couldn't quite figure it out but I will keep working at it now that I am back.

@Baylego: Thanks! I think I redesigned the main building/pagoda about 7 or 8 times to get it to it's current incarnation.

@minfigCharmed: The hill started out as an experiemnt that while I am still unsure of, I am glad at least someone thinks it looks good. I had never tried that sort of stacking/pattern making with slopes and I only had 1x2s thanks to the PAB wall at my local LEGO Store so I just played with it.

@Powered Assault Commando: I don't know if i would use the word "impressive" but I appreciate it very much. Also, a koi pond?!?! Why didn't I think of that!??! I am uncertain where I would put such a thing at the moment but I may have to figure out how to do that.

Very nice build! I like the building, but some more detail on the ground. Like the Koi pond idea!

I really like the green grass block hillside. It really turned out well. I also like the brown added to the white houses as opposed to just plain black and white.

I would still call it impressive. It's the first MOC of yours I've seen, and it's huge, yet detailed. Not a very easy feat, most people succumb to the "big grey wall syndrome", you didn't. I can see the work you put into this.
