Hello.

I'm trying to make a new order, and I'm having a strange problem. Randomly, about 1 time in 3, I will click on a link in the store, such as 'Wizard Sword' from the weapon page, or even manyally typing in "Brickforge.com/store" into my URL bar, and this page will appear.



Whenever this happens, I can't use the back button and also, my cart is sometimes cleared. What can I do?

Too many people buying stuff.

That's a good reason.

this has been happening for me over the past several days, even sent Armothe a PM about it.

I was having this problem a lot tonight at about 7:15pm to 7:20 pm West Coast Time.

As for the question of being logged in or not, Yes I was logged in and it recognized me when it let me shop.


Boy talk about mixed feelings. I do not like it one bit.

But I am very happy you are having so many shoppers.

I went and did something else for a while and than tried again. At least my cart was still there. Only had the error twice more and finished my order.

Yup.....its an issue we always revisit when we hit some high-traffic times. I can usually hotfix it by changing a file that the database references, but that has never seen to actually fix the underlying issue. The best solution is for us to build a brand new site (which we are looking into).
