Yes! I recently built a butcher's shop for my castle village, and Forestmen bringing in deer would be great! I remember long hours hunting Deer in The Elder Scrolls, and would love to be able to have that detail in my castle displays.

I would really like to see this happen as well. Wild boar and "grizzly" type bear would be welcome additions as well.
