I know K97 brought up the idea of a horse that appears to be running... which is a great idea. I would just like to see more mounts in general.

Lego has the horse, dragon (its actually a mount that they stand inside of) and skeleton horse... They also made the camel and elephant too... but thats about it for "real" animals. Then if you want to get into the SW line they have the Tauntaun, dewback, Kua (not sure if thats right ... but the Gungan creature) and the giant stupid lizard from Ep. 2. Thats all I can think of.

I would love to see a Bear mount! something for my dwarfs to ride on... and maybe something like a bird but larger then the ostrich for elfs... They could makes lions and tigers too. You could have a collisium with lions and tigers ready to eat your gladiators!

Just thought I would play off the mount idea that K97 had... Thanks |B

Lego are missin out on animals and because they are such big moulds and require lots of plastic, for people like brickforge it is very expensive. Either Lego should make animal packs (educational range or medieval battle packs) or Lego start to add more animals to ordinary sets.

That's true they use a lot of plastic... but think about the amount of plastic in a single 2x4 brick... its a good size piece... so stack like 6 of those together and you would have about the same as a Lego horse... and those bricks are like no more then .50 cents a piece... So for the company it wouldn't be too bad... as for BF I'm sure its very costly... I dont know what kind of money figures they look at for molds and plastics and production costs.

I understand your reasoning, but for bigger pieces Thayer use more solid bricks, also they are custom printed and most have to be assembled by separate machines. Thus, increasing the cost.

Prince is an issue when it comes to larger molds yeah, but if it is wanted by fans, there is that possibility. Take the centaur body. It was still a gamble whether people will buy it even though it was a huge request. And it was a very popular new item last year. Cows and scooters same thing.

I agree, lust rules over price.

If you build it... they will buy it

I'm glad to see there are a lot of people out there that want to see more mounts added to the line.

If you guys can think of any other animals that would make great mounts feel free to add it to this topic and more people can see it and give input!
-Thanks

I want to see a rabbit (the Belville one is too large).
Something maybe the size of the rat (bonus points if I can somehow make it look like the Collectible Minifigures Series 1 Magician is pulling said rabbit out of his hat)

I can't believe I haven't seen a bunch of "Ridable wolves" posted in this thread yet. In the past, people expressed a desire for them. I'd try to be more specific in exactly which ones you'd like to see in separate posts.
