LEGO lightning doesn't cut it. It looks fine for electricity effects, sure. But I want something like these:

To be honest I'm not sure how popular this would be but it would be great for thunder gods, magic effects, arcing electricity or even actual lightning in a MOC.

To be honest I...really like this idea. A simple almost cartoony lightening bold shape, with a nice round grip point along the length of one of the shafts of the lightening would make for a fantastic accessory with an easily concealed handle.

As I mentioned in my post, that's not good enough for me (it's in the first sentence). ;)

The difference is that those are a double bolt extending from the handle; this would be a single bolt with the handle in the middle (as Starwars4j excellently described).
