ECW was a professional wrestling company that existed in the mid to late 90's and was mostly popular in the NY/NJ/PA areas. The E originally stood for Eastern but changed to Extreme as all of the matches were of the "hardcore" variety. Hence, a barbed wire match (though they only did one of those for good reason).

As for "chocolate clearance day"... I beg you, please, no one tell my girlfriend.

This time I can afford it, but the guy doesn't know if he really wants to sell it yet (after he told me what he wanted for it), because he might want the transmission out of it.

Finally changed ftp programs and uploaded one of the ideas I'm playing with for my 'card graphics'.

You don't understand, mC! If there is one thing she loves more than chocolate it's probably buying things on clearance. Clearance chocolate would most likely kill her with joy. AND fill our apartment with chocolate, eliminating space for LEGO and Brickforge products! Horrors...

@ Machetero - ECW is one of those things that have a special place in my heart. I have a few "almost happened" stories involving ECW and their wrestlers. I had a guy working for me (that was also a friend) that was involved in a match with SABU at an indie show. Shane Douglass grew up a few towns away from where I did and was a substitute teacher at the same school my aunt later became principal of. I also saw The Franchise at a local TRU one day shopping with his toddler. My brother-in-law was shown in the crowd on one of the ECW videos. There are a few more stories, but good times.

@sentinal: Yep, sounds like a pretty serious business. Last I heard, there were ~400 wounded and three killed.
On other matters, I'm entering a week-long holiday now, which is very much welcome in between weeks on end of getting up at 6AM and being back home (usually) around 15-17PM... back to the homework, that is

I've heard from 514 to 1000 wounded, but no deaths.
