So, the last wave of Lego StarWars products brought with it a new type of blaster, which actually shoots (http://shop.lego.com/en-US/Utapau-Troop ... ng=listing)
I'd like to know what your opinions are about it, and if you have one, how far it shoots. I'm writing a review about the new blasters and really need some more information. thank you. :)

Haha, yeah! That's awesome!
My assumption is that they shoot a little farther than a flick missile. Of course, the distance will probably vary depending on how strong and quick-fingered you are. My guess is one foot or so. Oops, that was actually no help at all. Sorry :9

They look cool. I don't collect as much LEGO Star Wars as I used to though, I'm more into Lord of the Rings now.

I love Lord of The Rings, especially the Hobbit. But most of all Star Wars, which is why i'm so upset about the blasters.

I think the idea is cool as a play feature but I think LEGO has tried a little too hard recently with play features.
