Decals

So I got some new editing software on my laptop. I would like to start making my own decals. Before I start I am asking you guys for a few pointers. Like what paper you use, ways of application , and other stuff like that. One more thing, anywhere I could find good templates to work off of?

I got inkscape. I have already started designing torsos for my Valhorans(my country). I found templates and its pretty easy to design them once I start.

EDIT: Oops! I forgot something! What size should my torsos be when i print them out? I want the torso to be the right size, not to big or to small

LuxorV from Eurobricks posted a nice helpful tutorial on the EB forums. I tested it, and they come out the right size.

Thanks omi! I read the tutorial and tested it. It worked flawlessly. Expect some new figs from me soon!
