I recently learned that to remove the printed ink used on minifigs, Brasso was the best hands down! I use a Q-tip dipped in Brasso to remove the print on a minifig torso and it works very well. However, I have a couple of projects that require removing only some detail, for example...removing the printed on headset from a minifig head. I thought of using a wooden toothpick dipped in Brasso, but was afraid it might leave scratches in the plastic. Anyone here have any tips/ideas of what I could use? Thanks in advance for your help!

I've used a toothpick quite often for Brasso'ing small areas, with no noticeable damage to the pieces. :)

Cool! That's great to know! A toothpick was the only thing I could think of that had a fine "tip" to remove unwanted detail without messing up surrounding detail. Thanks, Hound Knight, for your response! B)
