I saw this late last night and figured it'd be worth sharing here. According to TBB, it is due out in September at Lego Shop @ Home. Awesome features, large price tag, and room for plenty of BrickForge accessories to compliment it.

I am dying to get my hands on this, not for the parts but it looks really cool as a set. Also I can totally make the Munsters or Adams Family with it.

Yeah, this has 1313 Mockingbird Lane and/or 001 Cemetery Lane written all over it. I'm quite excited for this set for that reason as well. Plus, look at all the zombie heads!
