Well, losing my interest of LEGO has given me options to other interests; like guitar. I have been getting much better and can play the opennings to most of my favorite songs, too. But I need a goal to make myself amazing in a quick time.
My school and the high school has a talent shoow where almost every year where some brave students bulk up and join a band; this is where I wanna start. I have listed four songs from which I would like to perform by Freshmen(sp)/Softmore(sp) year of High School. Each of them are
very tough to play on guitar for different reasons which are shown below:
Hit The Lights-Metallica[Tough part=3 different quick, brutal solo's]
Whiplash-Metallica[Tough part=2 insanely fast solo's that the band members themselves had to slow down by 1/8 the original speed 10 years after they made it for being so fast]
Battery-Metallica[Tough part=A continuous fast-paced rythm]
All Nightmare Long-Metallica[Tough part=The whole song is really really fast and has a long, fast solo]
^^Each of these songs I can sing almost perfectly, but I need to know which one people would get hyped up about more so I can practice it over and over to get it right. I also need a band, at that. But I know some good guitarists and drummers. The toughest part for me will probably be trying not to mess up on stage, lol. So please help me decide which I should concentrate and work on.
