:o)

edit:
Well, I've put away my Winter builds, no pics - I wasn't able to obtain the items I needed. Maybe I can in 2014.

But that does make way for progress on several other idea that are spinning. I guess I'll spend some time in the LDD and see if I can figure out how to make a few things ...
Hope everyone's doing alright.

I hate fever dreams so much. I spent 7 hours lost inside a giant brain with boulders in it. Just huge rocks placed randomly is a giant brain. What? Why? I have no clue. Not quite as sick anymore at least.

Well, things have been going fairly well today. I've finally got motivated enough to do some LEGO building. Mainly what I did was convert over the RNJS Tony Soprano to the new configuaration (which I already posted for the FNS Hawkwing in the Masons Den forum), and made a tripod-mounted Heavy Bolter (inspired by Warhammer 40K) for my Federal Republic of America army heavy weapons teams (each Army and Marine Corps squad has at least one, the Federal Army Rangers have at least 2 HW teams per 11-soldier squad).

Here's the LDD mock-up I made prior to actual construction:

Also, here's the result of having too much fun with the custom army painter (and figuring out how to make custom faction badges and banners) in Warhammer 40K: Dawn of War, Soulstorm....

BEHOLD! The Princess Peach chapter of the Sisters of Battle! In the name of the [s]Emperor[/s] Princess!

Mac: Hope you get better soon... Make sure you get plenty of rest!

@Hikaro: she's amazing!
I also like the heavy bolter ... that would be very useful.

@Mac: I hear you on those dreams. I've been sick since Christmas eve; yesterday finally have it down to a cough and feeling human again. Rest well man.

I came to realize that what I want to build isn't going to work like I had thought, for my PACommandos. So now to figure out how to find a compromise that I will like, woot.

edit: received my sweet new Power Assault Commandos packs today!!! Love the sets with stripes and matching weapons.

I wonder if there's any similarity between spider and crab meat, since they're both arthropods?

One National Geographic photographer who was doing an article on Tarantulas once was served one of the BIG tarantulas native to the Amazon Rainforest. He said that it did, indeed, taste like crab.

Well then. I guess I wouldn't mind eating a tarantula. As long as it's cooked. And dead. Especially the latter.

"Bitcoin price skyrockets, crashes, rinse, repeat, internet starts investing in tulips" Hahahahaha. 17th Century Dutch economics references are funny.
