Oh my gosh. I can't believe I forgot to edit the pictures. Oh well. Here is a list of prices.
5 Gold: Pirate sword, Knight sword.
10 Gold: Ninja sword, Big Axe.
15 Gold: Bronze Sword, Spartan Spear.
25 Gold: Armor.
Infinite Gold: KK Sword.
Not really, 20 Gold for KK

I didn't even notice, they look fine to me :)

Oh man. I was thinking "WHAT" at that KK sword thing for a moment ;9

I vote we get the KK sword and the armor. That'd be... 45. We'd have 25 left over. Of course if we added the two cutlasses (Which I'm assuming are the pirate swords) to our shopping cart, we'd have a set of handy backup weapons, and a good set-up if we decide on being a dual-wielding character. Then it'd be 55 and we'd have 15 left over.

Can we trade the Khopesh for some gold off of our transaction?
...And when I say "Can we" I mean how much could we get for it :9

CB reminds me of a question, if we die, do we switch to our backup weapons and we have to go find our corpse with all of our stuff like in Diablo 2?

I hadn't actually thought of death. I guess it would depend on the situation. Like say there was a necromancer nearby when you died you could be turned into and undead with little free will until healed or something. If it was a near death hit and there was a healer you'd be healed. And we could always go the "Mostly Dead" route from the princess bride. Another alternative could be once dead you change to a new character, in your party if you have one or in some random spot if you're alone. Or the whole respawn thing could be worked in. Or invincibility.

In regards to the transaction. If you were to trade in the Khopesh you wouldn't get much because it would just be used for metal to make someting new. If you were to sell it to someone else, say a person who dealt in weapons, you would get more for it. And I figure I may as well mention it now, you could pay him to make something for you too. And if the materials were provided it would then be cheaper. This also applies for any other person of trade or craft you meet later on.

Okay, so my new vote is that we buy the Armor, the KK sword, the two cutlasses, and we ask if we can get the Khopesh re-smithed into a dagger or knife.

So I have to respectfully disagree a bit with Cl...Biohazard (some day my brain will accept this new name of yours). It looks to me like we are going to need a lot more gold than we have, if not go on a quest or some such thing for the right to obtain it. So, why don't we find out what it would take to get it? I do agree that we should grab the armor, and may as well grab the two "pirate" swords as I too like the idea of possibly duel-wielding.

Also, I feel I should remind the collective that there is a dock with a boat, and we needed a hammer and some boards to fix the dock to get it to. Food for thought.

We have the hammer and some boards.

That would be my point, yes.
