Here's my Entry for The Greatest Movie Villain Contest: LURTZ.

Bigger and badder than regular Orcs, Lurtz is an Uruk-hai warrior. Smart, ruthless, high tolerance for pain. He strangled the first Orc he saw and became Saruman's second-in-command.

Movies he appeared in: The Fellowship of the Ring

Why is he the Greatest Movie Villain? The Fellowship was Nine: two Men, a Dwarf, an Elf, a Wizard and four Hobbits. Unless you're going to make a distinction between Gandalf the Grey and Gandalf the White, Boromir is the only member of the Fellowship who dies (heroically, tragically) in the three books of the Lord of the Ring. And who was so evil and big and bad that he could take down a member of the TFotR? LURTZ.

Best Movie Villain.................. The Terminator, of course.

Movies Appeared In: The Terminator, Terminator 2: Judgement Day, Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines, and Terminator Salvation. [The Arnold version is only a villain in movie #1 and movie #4]

Why he stands out as the GREATEST VILLAIN EVER. If you have to ask, you have never seen a movie - much less a Terminator movie. He never stops. He keeps coming. You can shoot him, run him over, blow him up, burn off his flesh, chop off his limbs - he will never, ever stop coming for you.

Evil Reason: There are many reasons William Poole AKA Bill the Butcher is an evil movie villain. He is a racists, priest murdering gang member. What makes him awesome? He stands his ground and fights like a man, charging right into a crowd of opposing gangs. He lost a fight once, and personally cut out his own left eye, and sent it to the victor wrapped in blue paper. As a show that he would never look away again. “I would’ve cut ‘em both out, if I could’ve fought him blind.”

Everyone is loyal to him or dead!

Davy Jones: Captain of the Flying Dutchman - a ship filled with a crew of condemned souls, Half-Man / Half Sea Monster, slimy octopus-like head, lobster-claw left hand, right leg of a crab (resembling a peg leg)

Why he's The Best: He's impossible to kill (since he cut out his heart and hid it where no one can find it), he commands the Kraken - the terrifying sea monster that can drag a ship down to it's ocean doom (known as Davy Jones' Locker), ruthless and sadistic - he believes every human should suffer an afterlife filled with pain.

What other Villain was so shocklingly gruesome to behold? NONE! You must admit - Davy Jones is the GREATEST MOVIE VILLAIN.

Muerte: a common street punk who thinks he's the toughest criminal in town

Why he's the best: Muerte is a 'comedy-relief' villain, who encounters CIA Special Agents ... and just can't grasp that he's been out-witted and out-maneuvered. (the Video clip says it all.)

My movie villain is King Louis IV (Leonardo DiCaprio) from The Man in the Iron Mask. He's not the best villain but someone who places his brother in and iron mask has to be pretty well up in his one on the list of villains (plus he is rocking the long hair).

My Entry for The Greatest Movie Villain Contest: Hannibal Lecter

Movie: Silence of the Lambs, Hannibal and Red Dragon... [/color](This ones from Silence of the Lambs)

What makes Hannibal the best Villain: If you've seen the movies You know whats up... He eats people... He convinced a man to cut off his face with a piece of glass and he fed human brains to a kid! Now thats just plain evil... Anthony Hopkins, who played Lecter in the motion pictures The Silence of the Lambs, Hannibal and Red Dragon. Hopkins won an Academy Award for The Silence of the Lambs in 1991. In 2003, Hannibal Lecter character was chosen by the American Film Institute as the #1 movie villain.
