Not very good at painting, but hey, I tried. Also, sleeves are made out of electrical tape.

Is the tape a 'flap' sleeve?

Looks good! I've noticed more and more people using e-tape... I might go out and get one of those multi colored packs and try it out.

It's a normal T-shirt sleeve, the tape just sort of peeled off in that corner right as I took the picture. I haven't perfected the sleeve technique, I have to keep re-sticking some of the corners

@Dirk: It's fun stuff, you should definitely try it out sometime... Works for a lot of things, from shield straps to sleeves to sheaths

I really like the vests and body armor I've seen made with e-tape. I'm planning to make a huge series of G.I. Joe characters and I think this technique would really come in handy.

It's usually pretty short, but I haven't gotten it cut in a while... I go back and forth
