I received my Brickforge order today and was, as always, amazed at the quality and perfection of the pieces. However, I soon noticed 1 of the 2 silver Powered Assault Commando Visors I ordered was missing from the purchase. :'( I wasn't too disappointed, but I was wondering if you could send me this piece. I assure you this is no joke. I checked the order form, envelope, and bag the pieces came in for the other silver visor. I could not find it anywhere. If it is not to much of a problem, it would be nice if you could send me the silver Powered Assault Commando Visor.

1 other question. Was I supposed to send you an email about this because this was the first order that I was missing a piece from.

Thanks anyway,

Nat3

I had had a similar situation with my order...though with me it was a bit more :P I just e-mailed Brickwench earlier today when I got the package. I've never had a problem with BF before and I doubt I will again, I'm sure the crazy of trying to fill the rush of orders just meant a few things slip through the cracks. At least this answers my question of if it was just coming in a second shipment for some reason :P

Sorry about that guys. We had a record number of orders this past week and regretfully not only do a few things fall through the cracks but those Powered Assault Commando Visors have a tendency to literally fall through our fingers because they are so tiny! As is the case with any missing piece, please shoot us an e-mail at brickforge@gmail.com and we'll get missing pieces and/or replacements out to you asap.

I believe my friend, that the pieces in question were freebies that Armothe was awsome enough to add!

Yeah Armothe is generous and sends freebies, keep them. What I'm doing is posting a picture of the stuff I want to trade.
