I placed my order on the 3rd of August, and I still haven't received my package. The notification of delivery e-mail was sent to me only a few days after placing my order. It's been nearly 4 weeks now, and I'm a bit annoyed; it normally takes only 2 weeks to arrive where I live (Melbourne, Australia). What am I supposed to do?

There can still be a chance that it s still in transit. Australia is far from Ohio.

Interestingly enough there have been issues with the Australian Post the past two months. We are working with them to try and get packages safely through.

Hey Armothe is there any update to the situation?
I too am in a similar position being in NZ where BF parcels usually arrive in 10 days (all my previous orders have) but I'm patient so it's not too much of a bother for me but a worry.
Thanks

Well, After approximately 5 weeks, my order has finally arrived; with exceptional quality despite the time delay. Is it possible Armothe if you can post a update regarding the postage issues fixed? I want to order again soon without too much of a delay.

problem is when it comes to shipping delays, once Armothe and the gang have shipped the item it is out of their hands, all delays are on the respective post offices handeling the shipping.

I posted something on the front page. We were just on the phone with them Monday and there is an issue with inbound parcels being routed through AUS customs. The Australian Post has their own Twitter account so you may want to follow that.

Alright then, thanks anyway Armothe. I'll probably order again soon despite the delay.
