The tracking number bodes an ill omen:

9400110200828128046006

I have contacted Brickforge twice about this and haven't received a reply from either.

I never had a problem from Brickforge, but the lack of communication is startling and disappointing.

I wish Armothe would show some insight.

"Your item was misrouted by the shipper. The error has been corrected and every effort is being made to deliver it as soon as possible."

This means the USPS delivered it to the wrong place. They are making every effort to redeliver it to the correct address. I wish I could call up the USPS and tell them to get it together but it doesn't work that way.

If it doesn't show up at all, then give us a heads up and we'll do what we can.

But there is no way you could send me new stuff since I'm out the money I spent and not receiving the parts?

The package is still technically in transit and isn't lost. So sending you the replacement parts for a package that doesn't need to be replaced doesn't make sense at all.

9.9 times out of 10...er 99 times out of 100 the customer receives the package. As you can see we have over 30,000 packages sent out (plus several thousand from before) and it's always the same. That one package - thought to be lost in the mail - shows up after a week or two. I hate it as much as you, but its either that or we switch to UPS and deal with $7.00 shipping rates. Our shipping policy is up for everyone to see and the best we can do is formulate a fair process for lost/damaged shipments.
