I would find the order confirmation email copy the whole text and send them information back over to BF if you dont know what information to pull from the email... just pull it all and make sure you add a note in the email explaining what you think happened and you can mention your forum user name since Armothe kinda knows whats going here... Thats your best bet.

Your name and what you ordered, and the confirmation of what you used for payment like card or Paypal. That is all.

And while you're at it, recheck the address you have logged for your Paypal (if you have one).
