Well did some further checking, and it would not affect states where BF does not physically sell or distribute BF items, these can include things like physical store, Conventions (yes conventions, good thing I don't think BF sells at any LEGO conventions in Calif.), distribution centers and authorised resellers (people who sell product for the original producer).

Which probably won't happen?

Only conventions that would drag BF out there is either Comicon or BbtB.

Maybe we just need a flat tax?! :D

That way the money we save over here... can get spent on what we want over there... and have a little extra to cover all the taxes... just saying...

Bah, wonder if Obama is still talking about setting up a VAT (Value Added Tax) here in the US, that will really make things ugly.
