Hey! So, i recently got some cash in paypal credit(paypal dollars? i dunno) for my brithday.

Now, i want to buy some brickforge stuff for a post-apoc vingette, but i've hit a snag.

It will not let me choose the paypal credit. When i click paypal, i only get the choice to use a prepaid credit card that has like, 2 bucks left on it.

Is there anything i can do to fix this?

Also, if this is in the wrong section of the forums, i would request that it be moved to the relevant forum.

Thanks in advance!

Usually it should be deducted automatically from your PayPal balance.

Well, sadly, it was not. Rather, i got the following:

Quote:
Declined Status: Error: The transaction cannot complete successfully. Instruct the customer to use an alternative payment method. (Code: 10417, Severity: )

Do you have a bank account or other form of card linked to your Paypal account other than the prepaid card?

Do you have a credit card registered with PayPal? Is it expired?
The error you received has to do with a balance limitation on the PP account.

I'm not familiar with any PayPal credit system. How PayPal usually (always I thought?) works is you link your papal account to your bank account and when you make a transaction with PayPal, it automatically withdraws from or deposits to your bank account. As I said, I'm not familiar with the credit system you mentioned, but maybe there isn't enough left to cover the cost of your order?
