This may be just a glich in the way things categorised in the BL store, but I thought to point it out and see if it can be fixed;

One day I was bored and I actually went thru the entire list of items in the store by selecting "View All". Interestingly, I found some Roman sets there, with - I believe - a helmet a weapon and a shield.

I have no idea how to find them again though. The only way I know is to look thru every single item, like I have done before. Under "Categories", and their sub-categories I don't see them.

In fact I don't even know if the store still carries them as it was about 3 weeks ago when I found them, but I think if you guys decide to carry sets it would be nice to create a separate category for them so they can actually be found! ;)

Originally we considered selling sets but the time it takes to pre-pack each set is something we couldn't commit to. We also had several customer with the need to buy 100 round shields, without having to buy 100 Hoplite Helmets and 100 Javelins. We felt that selling everything individually would allow people to mix-n-match per their needs and make things a bit easier for us.

Oh, I totally like that now I don't "have to" buy sets when I don't want to. It is just something I saw in the new store recently, and I thought you will list both ways; individual items and also sets. I was merely pointing out the difficulty of finding those listings.

But it seems from your post that this is no longer relevant as you are no longer listing sets. So all is well. ;)

wouldn't it be cool if BF actually made sets?.... like in cardboard boxes shipped to you with instructions and everything? would it be possible? or is it too difficult?

Instead of selling fully packaged sets, which involves simply too many issues to make it worthwhile (besides, we don't want to drive brickwench crazy with all the packaging and handling), we're instead considering offering downloadable instructions on the mainsite... for free :) We're, unfortunately, a little busy at the moment so you probably won't see this feature for a while, but somewhere down the line, it's something that I'd really be keen on doing. All I can say is: stay tuned! ;)

Do you guys sell special packs? For example, the Powered Assault Commando helmet and the Powered Assault Commando armor together?

No, they are sold seperately. All items are sold individually other than the turbans which include the caps, and the pauldrons and horns which come in pairs.

Maybe you could sell fig's or fig packs.

Such as a full Spartan fig, with your Powered Assault Commando armour, helmet and visor on.

Or maybe a Roman vs. Viking Battlepack, with a commander and three troops for each side... Or something like that, anyhow. :b

That would make a good army-builder sort of thing.

A person can dream. . . and that dream turns into a nightmare where you're on the moon in your underwear and you forgot to study for your math test, on the moon, and you're being watched as you simultaniously de-activate a bomb that would end the world.

I think that covers all the stereotypical nightmares seen on TV.
