Hi, I was just wondering why Brickforge exclusively makes all of the sharp edges on their weapons rounded. Is it to make them seem more lego-like, or just so people don't poke themselves?

WAHHH! I LIKE TO POKE MYSELF! :9 Seriously though, one of the reasons I love BA's Damien Blade is because it has sharp edges and a sharp point. And poking myself can be fun, if done in moderation.

rounded edges are for three reasons.
laws
child safety
and uphold lego's safety measures concerning their products
if u compare the products from brickforge and brickarms arms' weapons are more accurate
however their bladed weapons are sharp enough to hurt someone an example being the energy sword
i got a chrome one for my chief minifig the edges on that thing were like needles I poked myself on accident
just trying to put it in the minifigs hand.A toy made me bleed quote"I was like what the flamanko oww ..."unquote same thing occured with a claymore I bought again very accurate but unsafe. Now I use clippers ro round off the edges when I buy from there. Brickforge may force you to buy in bulk and may not be too accurate in the halo dept. but at least I know it doesn't stab me when I use it.
