this is a letter from SC (Satisfied Customer) to ADS (Angry Dwarf Smith) I would like to know where you guys get off sending quality product in a timely well packed manner, what do you think you are? some small time operation that thinks the customer comes first and try to treat them well? you should be ashamed of yourselves. :9

Some people...i have had no problems with shipping and if you really are on edge waiting for an order then either grow some patience or just forget about the order. remeber, slow and steady always wins the race.

That letter amused me, thanks for the laugh ADS. Personally, I've had great shipping service with Brickforge. My latest order was placed on the 23rd, and shipped on Christmas eve. I honestly wasn't expecting such quick holiday service, thanks for the expedient shipping BF!
