Saw this on Bricklink and was wondering am I confused or is the seller confused here?

Probably he just copy-pasted the description and forgot to edit some bits, as it seems a couple of the custom minifigs he sells say the same.

well I emailed Armothe on this since it might cause some problems for him if people think hes making LEGO elements.

It was likely copied from another item he has selling. One of the other minifigs he is selling is wearing a Brickforge Military Helmet in white. Many of the minifigs on his 'Other' list have Brickforge items.

the problem is he has it listed on an item that doesn't have any Brick Forge accs. which could reflect on Brick Forge itself.

Doesn't matter if he just copy/pasted the text.
