Wont let me order

i have in my cart $10.00 worth of stuff,i go to checkout with paypal and after i hit continue on the page where you are able to change the shipping address and the credit cart number,then it takes me to the "your shopping cart is empty" page on an anonymous persons account,ive tried like 3 times but it keeps doing that,and when i go back to my account everything in my cart is still there...is it all screwed up and i can never order or have i been doing it right and i accidentally ordered it 3-5 times?

please help

if you have a credit card or PayPal card try going the credit card route, evidently their is a security certificate issue between this site and the PayPal site.

Well everytime I order from the store the site doesn't give me problems when I'm paying through PayPal. I'm leaving this open for Armothe to comment because he knows the system better then we do.

I've noticed this error once on FireFox and once on IE so its not browser based, but going the CC route worked out fine.

This has nothing to do with the site's certificate. An SSL certificate does not interact with PayPal in any way, shape or form.

I have not yet discovered the problem some people are experiencing being dumped back into an anonymous cart, but most people are able to checkout using PayPal or CC just fine. It seems to be a bug with the cart but I have yet to find it.

i decided to use the credit card option and it worked fine,i guess i just wont use paypal,thank you though

I'm really thinking this has more to do with your browser's cookie settings than anything else. Make sure your browser has cookies enabled and you should be okay.

problem is it affects more then one person Armothe, so it can't be individually based browser settings, furthermore I did have cookies enabled when I tried to order in the store thru PayPal and got bounced.

It's not that many people having a problem. We are running 800 orders a month and maybe 2 of them have an issue - all but a few have been solved by enabling cookies.

Not sure what your issue is but the store is working for 99.9% of everyone else (including using PayPal).
