Mass Effect (1) Commander Shepherd

This is Mr. Commander Shepherd:

Decals: by BF's bogey175 (not on decal paper, I wanted a grainy look)
Armor: decal over a BF Powered Assault Commando Armor, back 'holder' is from a BF belt
Base color is Dk Bluey with a light black wash overlay.
AR: modded BA AR, has some 'green stuff', with copper, white, and silver paint layers

@Ultima: the shoulder pads were made from a BF Pauldron (the soft ones), I used the wide part to make both shoulder pads.

@Bio: I used a copper paint, then did a light brown overlay (which made it look an off pink); so then I did some dry-brush with white and then black.
