They do, but they look ridiculous. I tried this one http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItem.asp?P=3626bpb501, looked terrible having teeth on the Lizardman head AND the inner mouth of the minifig head. I ordered 50 or so more plain black heads, they should be here in a day or two.
