Shredder (also known as Oroku Saki) is a fictional character and primary antagonist from the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles franchise. At one point or another in every incarnation of the TMNT stories, he has been the archenemy of Splinter and the Turtles. He is also known as the leader of the Foot Clan.

That's a great Shredder. When I saw those shoulder pads I had a similar thought (but lacked the skills and parts to pull it off). Another great fig of yours.

I have to ask though, how did you do the helmet?

Used this as a base, chopped this up and used it as the middle blade. The side blades are just the tops of the BF Battle Helmet.

NICE! When I chopped up the gladiator mask for my Hannibal mini I had no idea at just how man uses that mask really has! The head choice was great too! now you just need some foot soldiers and some turtles to beat on them!

Yeah I reused the idea when I first used it on my Scorpion fig last year. We are the first guys to do it.
