This is a recreation of James Norrington in Dead Man's Chest, when he signs up to be part of Capt. Sparrow's crew at Tortuga.

I know that LEGO is releasing its version of this figure, I had this planned from before the announement, and I like mine more!

Very nice! I thought it was a picture of the one TLC is making hahaha... then I of course read it... and also saw the BF saber.... and then it all clicked... Hahaha Great minifig!
