Solid Snake, or rather Old Snake, based on his appearance (particularly his Shadow Moses and Outer Haven wear) in Metal Gear Solid 4.

Reference

*Headband is composed of the BrickForge Headlamp and Double Plume.
*Hair is BrickForge
*Gunbelt and handgun (not visible) is Sidan Toys
*Vest is Amazing Armory
*M4 is BrickArms
