I think that a contest that includes having to use at least one Brickforge item in a creative way that it wasn't originally intended for would be cool....

I think a bounty hunter contest would be cool. Three different time periods. Everyone is allowed one entry per era. The eras could be castle, modern, and future.

I like the bounty hunter idea. I think we should make it a bounty hunter/assassin though

Because they both kill for money in different ways. Or they could do a merc contest.

Well there wernt really bounty hunter back in medival times. It was mostly just noblemen or knights that took out the people that caused trouble.

Well the contest could be Mercs from different time periods.

possibly not bounty hunters in the modern american sense, im positive there were individuals that sought out reward for capturing and killing designated targets in medieval times. mercenaries and treasure hunters did exsist also.

lego castle is about as fantasy themed as any futuristic themes these days, so i guess historical accuracy is pretty much moot anyways.

Mercenaries existed since forever.

I like to see what skills and cool stuff people can come up with. I was thinking along the same line as the armor, however, I was going with different custom hair... mostly for the poor female mini-figures. Until just the past few years Lego really had them looking fairly bad. I also think unique original headgear is nice to see as well. Whether modified or all custom.

A little side thought, maybe a big far fetched thought, is as the first place prize in the custom helmet, hair, or armor as voted on or chosen by BF, is the eventual introduction/product of your item. This I'm sure would be a big prize and take time to achieve the exact version for final product, and time of the artist and BF to get accomplished.

The next idea is nothing new but the old shield design contest was great. This time around it could include all the shield made by BF.

Lastly, and again not a mold breaker, making your own faction. It could be a castle faction, space group, explorer team, or an organization that has a look or design making it its own. Like the crownies, agents, rockraiders and so on.

Anyways, that is my two cents.
