What's a MiniFig?
Short for "miniature figure" a minifig is simply a small scale modular action figure. The most common minifigs are produced by LEGO, MegaBlocks, MiniMates & Microman.

What is MiniFig customization?
Although pretty much self-explanitory this hobby involves reworking, designing, painting, shaping and accessorizing existing minifigs to better suit your personal needs. There are varying degrees of customization from simple body-part swap to custom-designed stickers/decals to sculpting and painting your own minifig parts. Plastic Injected Accessories?
BrickForge offers several professionally molded products to better equip your minifigs. Injection molding is a manufacturing technique for making parts from thermoplastic material. Molten plastic is injected at high pressure into a mold, which is the inverse of the desired shape. BrickForge has chosen to use ABS plastic and base its color palette off of the same as LEGO parts (99% color match).

What sort of Accessories?
BrickForge currently specializes in fantasy/historical weapons and armor - although we do have some nice hair and beards as well. We do plan to expand our horizons and include other genres such as sci-fi, military, gaming and even simple building bricks, plates & tiles.

How can I get some?
Currently we ask that you fill out our order form. Make sure your information is correct and complete!

Do you sell decals for minifigs?

Both RedBean and Armothe have created hundreds decal/sticker/wrap designs for minifigs over the past few years. Unfortunately we do not have the capacity at this time to list them and offer them for sale. They will be made available at some point in the future.

There appears to be a gap in my animal.
BrickForge animals consist of two sides that are snapped together to make a complete piece. The cow consists of four pieces due to the head movement. Occasionally, during our assembly process, these pieces do not get snapped as tightly as they could be. All that's needed is a bit of extra pressure to better close the gap. For pigs, press tightly in the space towards the bottom of the snout. For cows, this spot is usually located just behind the front legs.
 

Placing an Order:
First and foremost we ask all customers to please fill in the correct information. Quite often users mistype their e-mail address making it impossible for us to send you an invoice! Please double-check your e-mail.

Our order form auto-calculates your subtotal as you add and remove product. This is the best we can do until we finish building our online shopping cart system. If you are an international resident, you may want to retype your proper address in the comments section below.

I hit submit - what now?
Your order will be sent to us via e-mail. We will then calculate shipping costs and send you an invoice. Generally this process happens within 24 hours but occasionally could take a few days due to holidays or vacations. If you do not receive an invoice it could have been for many reasons - most likely your e-mail was incorrect. Please contact us with your proper e-mail address.

I received an invoice....
We humbly ask that you pay in a reasonable amount of time. We view an order as a commitment on your part to support what we are doing for the community - please follow through. See our policies below for payment and shipping options.

I paid!
Excellent! Once we receive payment we mark your order as "Paid/Not Shipped". We usually ship domestic orders out the next day with exceptions of holidays and whether or not we have other personal commitments such as travel or vacation. We ask that you refrain from immediately asking us for a shipping update. We currently do not have the means provide a method of customer order tracking, nor can we possibly update each and every order via e-mail once shipped. If you haven't heard from us or received your domestic package after TEN days feel free to e-mail us to find out why. International orders can take up to three weeks to receive. See our shipping policies further down on this page.

Yay! I received the order......something is missing.
First double-check your package as well as the surrounding area. These parts are small and can sometime fall on the floor as you open the polybags. Perhaps the part is inside or stuck to another part? If you can't locate the piece, e-mail us and we will send out a replacement.

BrickForge is not responsible for lost or damaged packages! Both Domestic and International orders have the option of being shipped either USPS First Class or Flat Rate Priority. If you need Insurance or Delivery Confirmation please mention in the Comments section upon placing your order. Expect domestic orders to take up to 7 days to arrive. International orders can take up to 3 weeks.

Unfortunately, insurance for International orders is no longer available. However, to better insure your package arrives to you we can ship your package USPS Flat Rate Priority for an additional cost. Please keep in mind that this does not include insurance or tracking of any type.

Unpaid Orders:
You will be reminded of your order within 15 day of placement. If no response is received, your order will be deleted and you will be placed on our non-paying buyers list. Two unpaid orders will result in no longer being able to place future orders. Don't let this happen to you! We are always coming out with more product, don't jeopardize future opportunities to get the items you want.

Can I be your reseller?
Aside from this website and select venues we are not courting alternate distribution methods at this time.
